Why?
myPartner's Internal Whistleblowing Channel provides myPartner employees, clients, and others outside its group with a confidential and/or anonymous way, or on a strictly necessary disclosure basis, to report activity that may involve behavior considered unethical or even illegal, in violation of myPartner's code of conduct and professional standards. All communications will be carefully analyzed by an external legal entity to myPartner.
When?
myPartner's Internal Whistleblowing Channel should only be used when all other communication channels with myPartner are unavailable or deemed inappropriate. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to first contact a myPartner manager or another professional you believe can help with your issue. If you still believe there is an issue, then please contact myPartner's Internal Whistleblowing Channel.
Who?
myPartner's Internal Whistleblowing Channel will be led by an independent external legal entity. The external legal department provides total confidentiality and anonymity when requested. The external legal department will collect information from the whistleblower, if possible, and then coordinate with myPartner to conduct the investigation in a legally supported manner.
How?
Communication can be made online or by other means, as provided in the Contacts section below. After submitting your complaint, you will receive a communication within 5 days confirming receipt and that it will be forwarded to the competent entity. It may be necessary to contact you for more information to assist in the investigation or to provide an update on the issue. Please note that in some cases, it may be limited to provide information arising from the investigation.
Commitment to Anonymity and Confidentiality
If you request anonymity in your communication, we will respect your decision. However, you should be aware that others who may have knowledge of the situation may be able to identify you. We will treat your complaint confidentially, but it may be necessary in some cases to share information with others inside and outside myPartner.
Commitment to Non-Retaliation
myPartner encourages the sharing of situations or concerns that may be considered unethical or illegal. It is our duty to protect those who report these concerns from retaliation.
