myPartner guarantees the processing of personal data in accordance with the legislation in force regarding its collection, processing, use, disclosure, storage, and privacy.
7. (Unprocessed data)
myPartner will not process personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, nor will it process genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a person, data concerning health or data concerning a data subject's sex life or sexual orientation.
8. (Registration)
By accessing or using our services, and upon registration as referred to in point 6 of the TERMS OF USE, the user agrees to myPartner's privacy and personal data protection policy, giving their consent to the collection and processing of their data for the purposes referred to in point 5 by providing it directly. Failure to provide or partial provision of personal data by the data subject may limit or prevent the provision of services.
9. (Collection)
Personal data may only be collected if:
(1) the user registers on the website;
(2) the data subject requests a service, responds to a survey, or exchanges electronic correspondence with myPartner.
10. (Consent to receive information)
The data subject shall give their prior consent to receive commercial communications for marketing purposes, with the right to object at any time by writing to myPartner. In addition to the obligations referred to in the applicable data protection law or the safeguarding and protection of its own interests, myPartner will not share any personal data with third parties, with the exception of companies in its group, provided that the security and integrity of the respective data is guaranteed.

myPartner has adequate technical and organizational measures in place to protect the data processed, namely against unauthorized access or any other form of illegal or illicit processing. In addition to the security and internal protection measures at its facilities, myPartner guarantees that access to personal data is limited to its employees for the purposes of processing.
13. (Access, Modification, and Erasure)
The data subject is granted the right to access and rectify the data processed and may, at any time, withdraw consent for processing and request the erasure of data by written communication addressed to myPartner.
14. (Duration of data retention)
myPartner will make reasonable efforts to ensure that it retains data about the data subject only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required under any contract or applicable law, for a maximum period of five (5) years.
15. (Applicability)
myPartner's privacy and personal data protection policies apply to the processing of personal data carried out in the course of its commercial activities and the provision of its services, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, and transparency.
