The Challenge
Lasso Eco Innovation, an international leader in the production of solutions for urban waste management and separation, began operations in 1992 with a focus on the domestic market. With growth and internationalization — currently present in markets such as France, Canada, Poland, Denmark, Lithuania, Morocco, and Romania — the Santo Tirso-based company faced the challenge of managing increasingly complex and global operations. It was necessary to find a management solution capable of supporting international growth, responding to different locations and languages, and ensuring the integration of all processes, from ordering to invoicing.
In addition, Lasso identified critical needs such as the automation of logistics and production processes, which until then had relied heavily on physical documentation, increasing the risk of errors and delays. The complexity of the products, with multiple customizations, also required an innovative approach to ensure efficiency and quality of customer service.
The Solution
To respond to these challenges, Lasso Eco Innovation chose myPartner as its strategic technology partner and implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as its integrated management system. The project involved a multidisciplinary task force, composed of project managers and key users from various departments, ensuring an in-depth analysis of needs and the definition of the best solutions.

— Shopfloor: Power Apps-based application for recording operating times and consumption in production, promoting greater control and efficiency.
— Product Configurator: An add-on that allows highly customizable products to be configured, facilitating detailed identification of what the customer purchases and what should be produced.
— Total Integration: All processes — ordering, production, storage, sales, shipping, and billing — are now automated and integrated into a single platform, accessible in different languages and locations.
The Results
The implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, carried out in less than a year, brought clear benefits to Lasso Eco Innovation:
