Finançor is the largest agri-food group in the Azores. The group produces animal feed, mills cereals, cookies, chicken, pork and veal and processes and transforms them into derivative products. With such diverse activities and specific needs, Finançor sought to integrate the group's various services into a single tool, digitizing processes and standardizing management methodologies.

The solution met the needs of the largest agri-food group in the Azores and the results are visible in the quality indices: production, information collected and internal processes. Microsoft Dynamics 365 has made databases mobile and processes are now fully computerized, online and accessible to everyone. Technicians in the field, responsible for managing a total of 800 cattle, poultry and pig farms, now have access to accurate information in real time, for more efficient customer service.
