OneVet implemented the Microsoft Dynamics NAV solution to support the Group's activity.

 

 

Need

 

OneVet is a veterinary services group. Nationwide, OneVet operates a network of 19 Veterinary Medical Care Centers (VMCs), including 13 clinics and 6 veterinary hospitals. Its mission is to provide the best animal health care. The Group has become the largest network of veterinary care providers in the Iberian Peninsula, with a turnover of approximately €7 million and a workforce of over 170 employees.

 

The Group continues to expand "through the acquisition of CAMVs that complement the service network in new geographical locations and reinforce the quality of its clinical practice," says Artur Alves, CTO OneVet Group. The process of acquiring CAMVs began in 2012, when it integrated several units with different practices: human resources management, pricing policy or even clinical plan. This process required a solution that integrated the various business functions and information and management tools that empowered the school that the Group has achieved.

 

 

Solution

 

Microsoft Dynamics NAV meets the various relevant requirements for OneVet: robustness, flexibility and the ability to automate processes and functions. At the same time, Dynamics NAV meets another fundamental requirement for OneVet: ease of integration with another information system (Health Information System). The Microsoft Sure Step methodology was adopted to implement the project. Dynamics NAV now supports the areas of Finance, Centralized Purchasing, Clinic Invoicing, Clinic Stock Management and, centrally, Human Resources, as well as all interaction with the clinical software. The entire solution is hosted on Microsoft Azure (Microsoft's Cloud services).
