Consoveyo is a world-leading company specializing in automated material transport and storage systems. It has belonged to the Körber group since 2015 and is part of the Logistics Systems business area of the international Körber technology group. In order to improve customer satisfaction levels, Consoveyo decided to implement a CRM project using Microsoft Dynamics 365 technology and myPartner.

 

With this project, Consoveyo ensured the standardization of customer information management processes. The various processes are now included in a single multichannel and multilingual platform that includes Sales and Customer Support.

 

With CRM Dynamics 365, 45 employees from the Sales and Customer Service teams work together to create and manage opportunities by accessing credible information. The implementation of the CRM project supported the company's strategy to improve customer satisfaction levels.
