TECNIQUITEL is a Portuguese company in the field of industrial safety, founded in 1977 in Lisbon. The company has its headquarters in Sintra, a branch in Maia, an office in Santiago do Cacém and a Training Center. In 2021, TECNIQUITEL built a training center from scratch to complement its business and to meet the legal requirements of the market. Always looking to the future, TECNIQUITEL decided to invest in this specialized and fully equipped center, but it also decided to invest in modernizing its internal management processes.

The solution was to upgrade the ERP system to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. There were benefits, improvements, including in technological terms and other opportunities to operate in the cloud, making room for mobility. With Dynamics 365 Business Central, TECNIQUITEL now has mobility, with access to the system from the web and cloud storage, and support for updates arising from legal and tax requirements. With Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, support functions were implemented for Financial Management, Human Resources, CRM, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory and Warehouse Management, After-Sales Service and Equipment Rental.

The work between the myPartner and TECNIQUITEL teams made it possible to identify the potential of the new system and facilitate the process of adapting employees to the new features of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
