Gelcampo is a Portuguese company specializing in deep-frozen products that has been on the market for over 30 years. In 2005, IFT acquired part of Gelcampo. The company's activities now took place between two different legal entities. The big challenge, accepted by myPartner, was to integrate the two businesses into a single system, supporting Gelcampo as an industrial unit and IFT as a commercial unit.

myPartner was the partner chosen for this implementation, which in turn relied on Microsoft's ERP, Dynamics 365 Business Central with the specific add-on for the food industry, Foodware 365.

With this implementation, processes are now carried out fully automatically by the system. The movements of the production company, such as production outputs, are automatically replicated in the commercial company, responding to customer orders. The entire warehouse management process has been optimized with the use of mobile devices to facilitate the "picking" of barcodes in the warehouse.

With this investment, Gelcampo gained more reliable information, more refined and accurate stocks and access to the reality of both companies in a single system in real time.
